2.2 20051305: Adam & Eve House, Little Hautbois:

DECISION: Supported

2.3 20051391: Bure Valley Garage Site; Aylsham Road:
Demolition of existing buildings; construction of 8 dwellings and private access road

The Chairman adjourned the meeting at this point to allow comments from the floor. After clarification of the positioning of the proposed dwellings in relation to the existing houses, there were no objections.

DECISION: Supported
The Clerk would comment to Broadland District Council that the meeting would have liked to see clearer and more detailed drawings.
